酒店诚信度不好，中午14时我们在艺龙网上订了三间房，凌晨4点入住的，下飛機到酒店办理入住时，该酒店人员说沒房，并找各种理由搪塞，如果沒房可以不接订单或者早点取消订单，最后争执下以两间套房抵三间房办理入住休息，希望酒店以诚待客！

我凌晨差不多三点拿到房卡，和前台一个男接待说好中午两点退房的，前后在店时间不够十二小时，等我睡到中午十一点，电话响了说要我十二点退房，明明说好怎么又变卦了呢？要讲信用的嘛，那个女前台说我订的是优惠房，就是这个时间退的，我一直都是在艺龙订房，房和房价随我挑，一般退房时间大家说好就订下来了，这次我到店都和那个男前台说好了，你怎么能说改就改了呢？电话里最好改成一点退房。在艺龙订房从未试过这样，严重影响我住宿的睡眠质量和心情！而且放车不方便，都没停车位了，我要停在别处再走路过来的。房间地毯脏，很多痕迹，床上用品感觉不太干净，总体性价比不高。
