第一天进入了第一间三人房，空调有点问题就叫服务员看看。结果他们说没事，设置错误。那第一晚就罢了。第二天跟他们酒店再投诉空调坏了，还再那里不认。要求换房间就住了两晚。退房的时候服务员没有查清楚房间的拖鞋设备就说有一双不见了，还要得客人上去找。
