    房间环境不错，有一种欧式风格，住得非常舒服，而且前台服务态度很好，酒店大堂很豪华，元旦的时候还有很多应景的装饰，下次来广州旅游会继续选择这家酒店来入住

    The staff was very courteous. There was some problem with the room air conditioning, which after multiple complaints at the reception and visits from the technicians in the room it didn't help. On the last night i got hold of the manager and he immediately offered to change the room but we didn't take the upgrade since we would be leaving in just a few hours an early morning flight.
