硬件设施不错，新装修，位置也方便，此类酒店式公寓对于服务要求不能太高。卫生没有满分因为下水道没做好，有股异味。不过总体性价比很高，值得推荐。

几乎完美：从机场坐大巴，下车就看到高端大气的地标性建筑，原来就在淘金地铁站A出口对面就是，在花园酒店旁边，地理位置优越；电梯按高楼层和低楼层区分、很快；房间很干净、很大，1.8米的大床还配置了大沙发，配有简易的厨房，可以自己当大厨，床垫特别舒服，床上用品可以和五星级酒店媲美，配免费的矿泉水、茶叶；前台的小妹服务很热情，办理入住和离店都非常快，公寓居然还推出了信用住服务，看来星级酒店真的也要向公寓弯弯腰，学习学习了，楼上有其它的公寓，但这本身不影响我的住店感受，非常棒，来广州就住这样的公寓，随心所想啊！
