位于万胜围琶洲商业广场，也就是琶洲新村，整体环境是一个较为高档的住宅小区，小区大门有门禁，每一栋楼门口也有保安看守，整体环境安全舒适。如果乘坐公共交通的话，就在万胜围地体站上盖，非常方便。
