团购的一次酒店经历。300多的价钱在珠江新城能有1室1厅的酒店，非常不错，各种设备都很齐全，能媲美4星级的酒店。唯一不足的是没有挑到高楼层的房间，还有对面是一个正在施工的楼盘，稍微有点吵。

地段很好，房间很大很干净很好，前台服务也很好，两个小缺点：1.窗帘太薄，早上太亮，2.停车位没了，要停露天

提前预定的大床房，结果到了说没房了换了双床房，虽然说升级了，但是感觉不是很好。。。。有浴缸，浴缸对着还有电视，电话咨询，竟然说热水不够浴缸，所以浴缸前的电视也不能看，，形同虚设。。。

房间够大， 很干净， 床也不错， 不过热水好象不太好， 用了10分钟左右就没有了， 很不爽， 而且位置不是很好找， 周边吃的也还好， 走路10分钟左右可以到佳程广场，比较方便。

很一般，洗衣机还不能用，找了半天才找到这酒店，无明显标志。

就是不太好找，打了好几次电话才问到，老板应该给个地标。住店的都是外地人啊。一般人肯定都不好找得。周围还有一条街是吃饭的地方。东西都还不错的。各种口味都能满足找到。

总体服务还是不错，而且离办事的地方也很近。游泳池在小区里，需要另收费，不过20块钱不算贵，这里的公寓都不错，性价比高。

房间比较大,装修环境也不错,热水不是热水器的,这点很不错,比一般的公寓要人性化点,后面就是酒吧一条街,晚上可以去逛一下。

江新城众多酒店公寓，朱美拉公寓算是数一数二，最起码给人感觉像是星级酒店，无论是大堂、电梯、房间都能达到四星甚至准五星水平，但是价格也是比其他公寓贵点。惟一不好的是，走廊是用地毯的，显得有点脏。
