房间很多虫，电视看不了，冰箱发霉了一股霉味，衣帽柜发霉了，房间实景和网上差距太大。还不能换房间。不值房间价位。

公寓前台在锦源国际公馆25楼，出门就是大商场，再走一会就是北京路步行街，逛街拍照很不错，还可以吃到很真宗的广东美食，酒店服务还可以，设施齐全。

地理位置優越，與北京路地鐵站約有2分鐘步行距離，從A出口過兩條馬路就到，非常方便！也鄰近北京路步行街，酒店樓下也有便利店，和小餐廳，附近有大型商場，商場內有屈臣氏、陶陶居等為人熟悉的店舖！酒店附近也有很多小餐廳，早上蒸腸粉、晚上賴尿蝦，差不多什麼花樣都有！豪華兩房一廳的家庭套房，一晚也大約是400多元，非常便宜！服務台在25樓，等電梯也很快，入住check-in速度也很快， check out速度也很快，接待人員也很有禮貌，非常和藹！但在晨早六時多七時，沒有廁紙，才醒覺房間並沒有電話可以接通服務台，必須要有大陸手機，親自走去服務台，但已關門，門口告示也是叫人客要打手機！敲門也沒有人應，有點不方便！另外，房間的衛生程度也不是太好，梳化有漬，玻璃窗滿是灰塵。但景觀不錯，可以望到珠江河！設施方面，有很多設施好像都損壞了，例如客廳的水龍頭斷了零件，難以開啟！洗手間的電熱水爐，開啟後，會發出刺鼻的塑膠味，並且也有告示，必須關掉熱水爐開關掣，才能沖涼，否則有漏電的危險！衣櫃的把手也壞了！但性價比總算值得，因為價錢平，服務人員服務態度好，地理位置優越，房間寬大，可以一住！
