这个地方离东山口地铁站仅500米不到，非常方便，屋内设备尚算齐全，比较整洁，像一个小家，比较温馨，是具有较高性价比的旅游出行居住地的不错的选择。对面是东山口的龟岗大马路商圈以及新河浦别墅群，有中共三大会议旧址及当时会议重要人物的居住场所，是一个人杰地灵的地方。
