可能是人太多，说实在房间卫生不大行，其中一间房还遗留上一位客人的泳裤，两间房其中一间有针线包和装衣袋另一间房没有，入住期间电梯又坏了一次。其实基本硬件还可以，很可惜服务和维护没跟进好。

环境不错，工作人员态度挺好，虽然节假日入住稍微慢点，但是整体还是不错的。公众池人比较多，还好选的是房间有泡池的房型，自己泡干净卫生。
酒店中餐厅也不错，节假日虽然慢点，但是出品份量味道都挺好，好评

环境很好，房间也很干净，住在高楼层会更舒服。酒店的服务很好，设施很齐全，各种温泉池游泳池汗蒸馆等娱乐设施。平日去的话比较划算，节假日比较贵。住的听泉阁，房间内有温泉池，很舒服。早餐也很丰盛等等
