酒店一般，前台问价288。然后通过艺龙。前台告知也可按艺龙价格。被我拒绝。欲订239房型。被告知该房型没有。只有263的。以多年出差开房经验。该前台肯定忽悠。亦不与其计较。办理入住。整个办理过程其前台面无表情。本人亦鄙视其心态及行为。入住后一切尚可。倒是房务部相当热情。出门下雨欲借伞。告知需100押金。本身住房已交200。借把伞又何必多此一举。实属有轻视客人嫌疑。酒店管理层这种以人为本的经营理念实在不敢恭维。让老板看到此评论相信也很不爽。凑合住了两晚转来星河湾。虽档次相差甚远。建议老板该抓管理了，这样的前台只配去洁净部。忽悠客人只为赚多几十块钱。我让你赚又何妨。一年住上百次酒店。第一次写点评，仅针对个别前台，其实这种事例很多酒店都存在。但该前台表情实在令人不爽才在这里废话了，见谅！

冲着随叫随到接送地铁的便利去的，结果店家说接送车坏了，住店的三天都是自己走路去坐地铁的，走十来分钟，玩累了下地铁走回酒店还觉得挺远。醉大的优点是服务员态度非常好！

酒店还算干净，带小孩住房间会显小一点，早餐厅是外包的，多个小孩吃饭还要补18块，而且餐厅服务员态度差很多，酒店服务员还是不错的。
