首先房间完美！超级大，投影电视无比的爽，卫生也很好，设施也很完美！前台小奇服务到位，态度热情！这家酒店是目前为止在广州住的性价比最高的！以后决定出差就住这里了！并且酒店还有接送服务，对于出行很是方便！

前台通知我们坐地铁到机场南，然后打电话就安排司机接到酒店，结果我们到了指定地点打电话，等了半个多小时司机才到！然后从机场南开车回到人和！到了酒店问前台酒，人和地铁站距酒店远不远，被告知就是坐一个公交的距离！这样安排非常不合理，为什么要我们到机场南司机再接！而且等那么久，然后还要浪费时间回酒店！浪费时间，还折腾我们！体验感非常差！

设计很优雅，可惜住的时间较短，希望下次可以再来。 房间里用品都很干净，让人觉得舒适、安心，硬件设施较满意。最值得一提的是他们软件服务，真的做的非常细致入微，下次来还住这家！！！
