窗户基本不隔音，路上车辆噪音很大，周六早上九点断电，电梯也没电，从十一楼走下一楼，实在无语。服务员估计是新人，非常不懂得服务客户，差点误了飞机

春天里酒店除了位置好，其它一无是处。我家是孩子高考，为了更好休息，所以提前了近十天订房间并付款。我多次打电话要求靠小区的房间，但客服用各种理由拖延。直到入住，被告知只有靠路边的房子。房间又小又破旧，床也小还不舒服，最重要的是很吵，一晚上枕着汽车的路噪睡觉。第二天，终于换了靠小区的房间，但又对着空调水冷机，但总比路边好。最后一天退房，前台说退房可以延迟到两点前，跟前台说好，我们三点退房，补一个小时50块的房费。可到继钟点时又坐地起价，非要再加150块，最后补了100块。实在太闹心。这是我在艺龙网订酒店最糟的一次体验。
