这是为同事订的，据说就是公寓，前台没有酒店住宿的大，但是房间还是比较干净的，类似如家等，性价比较高。

到了酒店不能上楼 看起来还可以 不过 细节就没有了 想泡个澡吧 水不热 我一直在用烧水壶烧水 往里面填 结果还是不够热 与此同时 不知道洗手间是有什么味道 我的泡泡浴一点都么有享受的感觉 一直都在与那个恶心的味道作斗争 外加水不热

我订了是商务套房，我去到那里，前台居然跟我说我订的商务套房没房了！！给了豪华大床房给我，我发现货不对板，马上去前台，跟他们说，有一个人跟我说，豪华大床房还比我原本订的商务套房大！可是我以前住过商务套房，商务套房是有一个小书房，而且床前面有沙发！很明显是商务套房比豪华大床大！居然骗消费者！然后她说只能安排高层点的豪华大床房给我，我心想就算了，最令人可恶的是，刚刚我洗澡，洗到一半居然没热水！打电话去前台，他跟我说储存的热水用完了，要重新烧，可是我等了快半个钟都没热水！！迫于无奈洗冷水！大冬天洗冷水！我真心对这家酒店失望，对艺龙失望！
