这次住了两天，预付！依然是那间房，感觉豪华跟单人间没什么差别，有窗的感觉也开不了，因为开窗全是空调挂机声音太吵。第一天晚上到的，洗手间浴室有个烟头，卫生不太好。第二天早上我没要求清洁不过我回来之后干干净净的！很舒服！

上次定的商务双床、给的是一张1.8 一张1.2的！这次以为商务双床都是这样！一家三口就定了商务双床！到酒店傻眼了！前台说两张1.2！然后又说整个酒店没房！加上广交会.附近也找不到！而且这边定了也无法退！最后酒店说还有套房！没办法又开一个套房 680大洋！希望艺龙能做好各种房型确认.花冤枉钱放一边.不至于我们临时无法找到房间！而且是无法取消的！

19号家人要去看病的，所以定在医院附近的酒店，为了方便，18号入住，因为家远，大晚上才到酒店，去到那里，前台说我定的是大床，我就跟他说不是啊，你们网站上面显示的是双床，后来他们说上面显示的是大/双床，就是可能双床或者大床，所以叮嘱大家订房时看好，别被坑了！！本来好声好气地问前台，一男的，叫梁智胜，没想到他很拽，服务态度超差，说他不知道，我说这是你们酒店跟网站合作，怎么会不知道，让他叫经理出来聊聊，他居然说经理他们不在，没空，然后很拽地在那里笑。。。第一次见到这么差的前台服务员，本来想第二天投诉他的，后来退房的时候没见到他，就算了。这男的，叫梁智胜！那天早上因为定不到双床，只能有人睡地上，呵呵哒
