房间不错，预约酒店车接送，车迟到十多分钟，想叫酒店送到长隆，结果要提前一天预约，只能自己打车进园。打车进长隆一般要二十几块。问前台，楼下餐厅几点营业，说不知道，要存行李，也是好像不熟悉流程似的，要我们主动问放哪里，需不需要填条子什么的，服务人员需要培训。附近没什么好饭店，最好去地铁站吃。

和家人一起来长隆玩累了，傍晚的火车，天气太热，就想着周围找个酒店休息一下。意外的惊喜是酒店竟然有免费的车接送，对于家人来说无疑是炎炎夏日里的一股清凉~
酒店服务人员态度也很好，房间干净整洁，比较安静，游玩后的一身疲惫都一扫而空！
这是第一次入住维也纳品牌的酒店，给我留下了非常好的体验感，以后出行一定会优先考虑维也纳了。
