房间较新，照明不错，灯光全开很亮，淋浴设施不错，但家具较少，房间内只有书桌椅，没茶几和其他椅子，好像也没有不间断电源。

隔音不太好。周围吃饭购物还可以，和所有的维也纳装修一样，不过设施有点老旧了，地铁站也不是很远，早饭一般，不做推荐。
