酒店工作人员的服务态度都不错，我们晚上9点半到达白云机场，联系前台，前台告知我们去港澳台出发大厅6号门那里，到了那里给他们打电话，10分钟左右，接机师傅过来了。非常好的服务。周边环境也很安静，候机接人的首选

酒店工作人员的服务态度都不错，我们7人晚上10点半到达白云机场，联系前台，前台告知我们去港澳台出发大厅6号门那里，到了那里给他们打电话，10分钟左右，接机师傅过来了。可能是送机车道不能长时间停车，接机师傅有些着急，不过还是很热心的帮我们把行李装上车。到了酒店，办理入住也挺快的。房间内的卫生很好，整洁干净，床挺宽，1.35m的，软硬适中，睡着挺舒服。洗澡水也还不错，洗漱用品齐全。中央空调，可单独调节。自助早餐品种不多，不过倒也能吃饱，18元/人，儿童低于前台台面的高度，免费。送机是整点出发，办理入住的时候在前台登记好，他们会在送机前半个小时，打电话去房间。总之，转机住这里的性价比挺高，酒店新，免费接送机，从晚上11点半入住到第二天上午10点离开没听到有飞机飞过的声音，很满意！
