对酒店的相关人员非常不满意，首先是前台那男的！我说我们在网上已经订了酒店，他语气非常不好的说，没有看到订单，结果我们打给艺龙，艺龙的客服打给他，他才说没看到订单！其次是换床单的工作人员，明明就是很脏的床单，她竟然一口咬定说自己有换床单被套，其实根本就没有换，强烈要求她来换，还不情不愿的。在我们入住的当晚就有几个客人要求退房，我们进入房后就发现有几只蟑螂…这样的酒店生意能好？？下次绝不会再光顾……
