房间有些旧，如果能再翻新一下会更好，与前台沟通过程中有些误会，期待更专业的服务。调整价格可以理解，但是提前预定的客户拿到低价的情况是一种正常情况，如果价格高，我们就会找其他酒店了，道理就是这样，提前预定好并确认的情况，到了前台发现不能正常入住会是非常糟糕的体验，希望酒店管理能够加强！

位置好，五羊邨地铁站对面，去四季酒店花城广场走着就行，一栋楼都是酒店公寓，电梯超级慢，设施陈旧，电视柜像二手货，就是方便，别的找不出啥优点…两百五一晚上，夜景不错
