我根本没有入住。因为国家军事演习我根本飞不到工作。并非因为我个人原因要取消预订。和酒店网站联系说免费取消他们不给退款非让我去找什么航空公司出示出示书面证明。明明我传了航空公司给我发的短信。酒店网站根本不理！
