景色很好，地理位置优越，花洒很舒服，。但是，床底下没打扫，被子有股味道，冲凉房有尿味！纸巾少的出奇，洗发水沐浴露比较劣质。

我们在艺龙网预定了9月16号和17号两晚的房间，网上预付了房费。16号晚上，我们到达酒店办理入住，在房间里面吊椅下面发现了一件很脏的女式黑色内衣，于是联系前台要求前台处理，于是前台就给我们换房间，但是更换的却是特价房(我们预定的是大床房)，房间灯一闪一闪，且酒店前台及主管态度恶劣，于是我们要求退房并要求退还房费，一开始酒店说要找艺龙网，征得艺龙网客服允许后才可以退房，但是艺龙网却要求我们自己找酒店协商，因为当时已经是16号晚上23.30分左右，为了我们自身的安全考虑，我们选择先去其他酒店另外订房休息，17号中午，我们再次来到易成威尼国际公寓协商，这一次酒店方面答应退还两夜房费，但是艺龙方面却一直不肯松口，艺龙方面一直表示要酒店同意，但是在酒店同意后却又改口说不可退还，两方互踢皮球，直到现在也没有给出结果
