酒店位置很好，豪华房直接可以看到广州塔。晚上夜景很不错。大多数服务员服务态度还不错。只是管理有些混乱，续住了一晚，到店就跟店员再三确认了房间，结果到了最后一天，跟我说没有合适的房间，说是客人临时续住。我说那是我先定的啊，临时续住也应该是他们换房间的啊，居然跟我说不是每个客人都那么好说话的。就是说因为我太好说话了所以没有房间了吗？住酒店这么久，这种情况还是第一次碰到。然后，早上退房，在没有其他客人的情况下，退了将近半个小时。退房的工作人员像没睡醒一下，我们直催让快点，还在那里写自己的东西，让我们等在那里，也是醉了。
