订的榻榻米，无缘无故被换成普通房。做服务行业吧，我觉得还是不要太拽。本来房间没了被换成别的也不是不能不理解，面对我的询问那个纹身前台直接来了句榻榻米和普通房有区别吗，不都是一样能住人吗？听了真是心凉了半截，环境且不说吧，反正这态度我不能接受。明明是你方过错给别人带来不便却显得如此理直气壮。我斗胆问一下这个纹身男是你们酒店的老板还是你们老板的亲戚？一副老子最牛逼，爱来不来不来滚的样子。榻榻米和普通房没区别你们家为什么要弄个榻榻米的选项让客人选？ 表扬一下前台客服小姐姐，态度很好，情商高。
