酒店在中山大学内，环境优美，离珠江边也很近，二分钟到珠江边，风景优美，还可以看到广州塔，二沙岛，夜景漂亮。酒店设施也很新，服务态度好。房间布局合理，宽敞舒适，值得再次拥有。

这次出游选择中大凯丰太好了。环境、服务、硬件都不错，中大校园太美了，关键是很有底蕴。周边起步价的好餐厅也很多，推荐虾饺妹吃早茶，步行南门出口即到。

星级豪华酒店，设施服务一流。座落在中山大学老校区里，安全省心，环境优美，人文氛围浓厚。出门就是城市主干道，交通方便。是广州旅游入住的好选择。不足之处是停车要收费，虽然是学校门岗收的，而且一天只要12元，但还是让客人觉得服务不够细致。作为校办酒店，连跟自己学校协调这么点事都做不好，实在让人费解，需要改进一下。
