这次回谷城，我们在你们酒店订了两个房间，其中一个房间让我们非常失望，那个房间我们早上10点左右前台登记拿卡，晚上才住进房间，结果发现房间里面乱糟糟的，地上还有使用过的计生用品，也不知道是你们忘记收拾房间，还是在把房卡给我们后，又有其他人偷偷进房间住过，想想都后怕，希望你们通过查看酒店监控查清楚，到底是你们哪个环节出了问题。
