这是我到高原后遇到第一家服务态度这么好的酒店，酒店的前台和保安那态度真是叫一个好，高个子帅帅的保安不厌其烦地给我们讲解路线；前台的服务员面对一个臭显摆没素质的杭州人仍然是春风般的笑容，令我心生佩服。酒店的设施有些陈旧了，房间有烟味，没有空调，早餐差强人意，但是热水超大，餐厅服务人员很热情，服务也周到，在当地确实是最好的酒店了。
