入住不顺利，说查不到订单，艺龙又说订单过了入住时间，我也没收到取消订单的信息，这么不负责任。办理入住前台小姑娘态度差，问点事爱搭不理，还四星酒店，好好管理管理，素质这么差居然能生存到现在，服了！

前台小姑娘好傲气，问话也带搭不理的，半夜服务员不睡觉，成群结队满楼道提着酒瓶子，大呼小叫，把人吵醒，说了还装听不见，真是政府宾馆，无语！
