入住当天就有服务人员未经允许拿服务卡开门就进吓一跳，最气愤的是早晨正在睡觉门又被打开了幸亏我们屋里拴了链索，一下子惊醒，我实在郁闷，订房就考虑觉得这里是四星没想到还会这样，问前台也没有给我们合理的解释，只说放假员工懒散，领导休息之类的，如果四星的酒店都如此管理，我不知道贵酒店将来还能走多远！
