周边环境差，到处在修路，门源整个小城都是灰，没多少能开的路，乱糟糟的。酒店服务也很差，退房拿了两瓶矿泉水却说我们拿了别的饮料，要多付饮料钱，最后把拿的水退了，其实矿泉水也不是免费的。房间漏水，都是烟味，服务员说自己打开窗透透气，可是窗外马路修路可脏可灰了。
