房间很新，设施也都不错。早餐丰富味道好，非常推荐！早餐厅楼层高，可以直接俯瞰楼下的湟水。老板可能喜欢玉雕石雕，大堂和每个楼层都有石雕摆件，慢慢欣赏还是挺有意思的！旁边就有个大超市，购物方便。但如果需要外出就餐，一般都在2、3公里外需要打车了！

酒店设备先进，灯光感应，智能窗帘。特别是酒店还有游泳池，这是我的最爱，每天游一会 ，适合游泳????者健身。

这家酒店位置很好，前有滨河公园，可以散步，健身；后有停车场，方便自驾车出来旅游的同志们，旁边还有一个大超市。

酒店地理位置优越，交通便利；房间卫生十分整洁，被褥非常干净，卫生间干湿分离，并配有澡盆；窗帘纱帘自动开启关闭；房间灯光设计满足多样化需要，并伴有台灯地灯；环境优美，酒店大楼前是河流，两岸为美化闲步公园，周边饭馆美食较多，有免费停车场；服务态度热情，说话和蔼；设施设备完善，功能齐全；早餐丰富，花样较多，配有水果；管理部门经理很负责任，能力较强，遇到具体问题，能够妥善处理。改进的地方是：对车场保安要加强教育培训，酒店后院停车场要进一步完善功能点位，投放和加强人力管理。
