房间很大，可除门口廊灯外，房间只有两盏吸顶灯高高在上，其中一只还是瞎灯。洗澡水只有三十多度，放了一个小时还是温水，想问总台，可灯光太暗，根本看不清说明书。第二天早上，穿好衣服去问服务员，她们还是说放水会热，可真的放不热……我们都心疼水。问了总台号码，再联系总台，让锅炉房烧水，可半小时后稍微热点，凑合着洗了一半，又不行了。离店时问原因，告知，这些情况有客户反映，但没用。据说原来房间灯光还要暗，因为浙江老板认为，进房间就是睡觉，无需灯很亮。我们被告知，现在的灯光已经是客户反映后，工程部换了大一点的灯头了，原来还要暗！！！一个富丽堂皇的酒店，黑乎乎的灯，温温的洗澡水。建议想洗澡的游客不要进这个高原酒店……高原感冒是要命的。

酒店停干净的，房间很大，采光很好，厕所也很大，就是花洒坏了，出水很不均匀，下午6点多准备洗澡，热水没有，问了前台说锅炉放了热水因为没什么洗澡，热水还没通到，要开着热水放一段时间，以便热水流过来，这样设计实在太不合理了，很浪费水，起码放了快半吨水才有热水。周边环境还可以，出酒店大门右手边就有好几家吃饭的，还有士多店水果摊。平安的的士很便宜，整个县城不管你坐到哪都是5块钱。离西宁机场走高速是15分钟车程，打的的话就比较贵，不打表，只能讲价，问了前台是50块钱以内，我们凌晨5点半坐的车50块。提前一天在路上拦的的士讲好价格，约定好时间的。
