服务态度很好，应答效率高，周边环境好，距景点近，交通方便，早餐太简单，旁边餐饮饭店环境优雅，是一个生态园，在互助能有如此环境令人惊讶！不过菜品价格不太亲民，感叹互助消费实在是高！

办理入住时的前台服务员态度很好，和蔼可亲，笑容可掬，给人一种宾至如归的感觉，虽然酒店设施略旧，房间也不大，但服务各方面及时到位，令人愉悦。也有不足:房间没有地巾，询问后，保洁人员即刻送来了一条，还有塑封，可是接连两日都未更换，让人不满。另外卫生间暖气不热，反映后未得到及时维护，但维修人员完成后还表示了歉意，点赞！
