酒店星级四星比较高，卫生等也都没问题，可是在设施的小细节上不太到位，比如一个家庭套间里连电话都没有，淋浴无法干湿分离，电视机开不了等等，另外前台的态度也非常冷淡爱搭不理的，没有做到舒适贴心的服务
