酒店服务确实差，因离店当天早上下雨，我们冒雨再去了盐湖，回来全湿了，不在意顺手把书包放在床上几分钟，很快就拿开了，床单上留下一小块水印，退房时非说把床单搞脏了，前台让查房服务员拍照给我们看，说是床单有一小块黄色，要不让我们自己洗干净，要不扣押金，我们亲自上房间把有一小湿的床单拿到前台给他们看，问哪有黄色的，他们竟然说，楼上拍照的就是有黄色，就是脏了，还竟然说如果要他们洗，要有开洗衣机费，水费，洗涤剂费。试问这酒店，难道床单都不清洗的吗？因为处于高原地区，也要赶时间，且这些不讲理的人惹不起，最后就只能让他们扣了押金。这酒店就是土匪。

酒店性价比太差，设施太简陋，墙上还露着电线，厕纸质量很差，也只有一点点。尤其是前台接待，态度恶劣！
