设施一般，最不能忍的是没有热水，房间电话也是坏的。不是很满意，标得是四星，根本达不到星级标准，三星都算不上。以后不会再住。

酒店房间不错，目测算是都兰最好的酒店了，不过十一期间入住游客很多的情况下，前台办理入住时却仅有一人，等待办理入住时间太长。
