在入住的前一天，前台就打了电话询问需要有什么特殊要求没，这点很满意，很喜欢这个酒店，环境好，服务很热情，还有洗衣干衣区，给我们免费升级了影院房型，就是投屏的时候经常被隔壁投到我们房子。格尔木比较干燥，服务员贴心送来了加湿器。听说早餐丰富，但我们睡过头了，没赶上晚餐。然后又上下午茶，水果点心饼干的可以垫垫肚子。如果再来格尔木市一定还会住在这！推荐大家噢！

相当好的酒店。无论从那个方面来说都超越五星。首先设计很紧致，让客人感觉很舒服；其次，服务很周到，前台服务很周到，各种服务设施介绍很到位，这种服务质量感觉超过了某些知名国际酒店品牌。再次，入住后给房间送了温馨的各种水果和餐点。给美豪格尔木店点一个大大的赞。令人惊喜的是酒店还提供洗车服务，让从那曲一路自驾青藏线到格尔木、满身疲惫的我们感动格外温馨。洗车小哥也是非常认真。另外，早餐也很好，居然提供手工现煮面条。总之，住宿感受100%得好。若有机会，一定再次入住。

酒店环境卫生非常的好 ，前台 、客房服务都很热情周到 后院有专门停车场 免费的 对于卫生环境比较挑剔的本人来说这里还是很不错的选择！
