早就听说大柴旦的房间在旅游旺季是非常紧张的，我们提前很久订的房间，看中酒店是新装修的，设施新、点评不错，结果临行前接到艺龙电话说是酒店通知满房了，无法入住!后来经过沟通，艺龙还是很好的处理了问题，并让我们成功入住了酒店，只是这样的房间设施与房价相比，让人觉得性价比很低，星级酒店的价格，快捷酒店的设施！
