酒店位置很好，周围都是商业区，知名的奎元馆、解百商厦都在附近，前台小姐姐服务很热情，主动向我们介绍周围好吃的小吃店，房间卫生干净，设施齐全，总体性价比高！

酒店环境很好，来西湖玩的，然后离西湖也非常近，步行10分钟就到了，大厅也很优雅，水晶吊灯更好看，前台小姐姐很热情，问什么问题都会耐心解答，服务很赞！酒店卫生也很好，住的很舒心、性价比超级高，真是有幸订但这家酒店，下次来杭州还住这，推荐！

Very close to the city centre and quite near to the lake. It's clean and warm, I have been there in some winter rainy days and I appreciate to back in a warm room. Around it there are some good muslims restaurants.

订了两个标准间，服务员都给我1.8的床，都有窗的，一个内窗，一个就是靠马路边的窗，旁边就有个快餐店，味比较清淡，适合我们南方人，酒店门前有4个停车位，这点对我们自驾的来说挺方便的，到西湖就走三个红绿灯，15分钟左右吧，都挺方便的，推荐入住！
