总体还可以，就是刚去的时候房间门竟然打不开，原因是门没电池了。房间还可以靠窗边不知道是什么声音老是会响，因为我是带着小孩的，所有休息的不是很好，后来和总台提了下。马上给我换了个没有窗的小房间。服务蛮好的。去动物园和儿童乐园很近！

第一次来西湖玩，这家酒店交通很方便就在马路边上，离公交站也近，房间很干净，前台服务态度也很好，旁边就是动物园，离西湖也非常近，下次还会考虑入住。
