定的是套房，一进去就非常失望，进门就闻到很重灰尘的味道，墙纸脱落，地面的地毯很脏，卫生间的淋浴喷洒也坏的，房间感觉很脏很旧，实在不能忍受后就去换了一件标准大床房，感觉至少还算是干净的宾馆。希望酒店能改进。

周围吃的很多，挺方便的，离公交站也还挺近的。当初为了考雅思住在这里。这里离雅思考点真的非常近，但是房间离马路也太近了，过往车辆有一点吵。前台的服务比较差。要是为了考试方便可以住在这里，如果游玩什么的就不推荐住这了

酒店尚可 貌似重新装修过 比如家装修好点 洗卫有点小 看起来还算干净 房间比较小 洗浴间的玻璃有一面是透明的，外面可直接看到 ，建议未有亲密关系的情侣注意这一点 到断桥打车十四块左右 酒店旁边吃东西的地方不少 靠近渐大玉泉校区
