地理位置很好，管家也很好。房间设施陈旧，三个卫生间，只有两个可以洗澡，而且不能一起用，热水不够，顶楼的卫生间没有排风，散发臭味。

别墅的位置特别好。位于西湖黄金圈，但又大隐隐于市，整个社区环境特别好，特别幽静，没有游客打扰。周边有民宿也有本地人居住，跟同事一起去度了一天假，过了一天集体生活，可以自己做饭，设备全部齐全，很开心

服务不错，内部装潢也不错，地方蛮大的，周围也挺安静的，适合一群朋友聚会，就是地方因为比较里面叫车的话很多司机不认识，总的来说还是很满意的，很开心的旅行
