酒店停车比较方便，在杭州城区限行区域外，适合自驾游旅客。早餐时间很长，种类一般。酒店服务稍微欠缺些：洗衣房的洗衣液等需要去前台要，房间里没有热水，后来发现是热水管关闭了。唯一欣慰的是楼下有家顺德餐馆，吃饭比较方便

酒店比较新，房间里的设施都挺不错，早餐也是不错的，咖啡、蛋糕等都符合我口味。但是浴室里面没有挂钩，挂毛巾非常不方便，希望酒店能改进一下。另外，已经备注，房间不要靠近施工方向，入住当天还提前询问前台，回复房间不会靠近施工方向，结果还是靠在边上，凌晨3点就把我吵醒了，这个安排确实不太好。
