有个前台的男的服务态度很差 订了房 结果没有订的大床了 我不想换双床 结果大晚上的就退钱给我 说是他作了最大的让步了 奇了怪了 你作了什么让步 房间我是我网上订的 你没有房间给我 你还让步了
