1.卫生一般，第一天入住的时候说房间刚打扫完可以入住，结果一进房间地板上都还是湿漉漉的，就是刚打扫完也不应该是这样吧。
2.房间隔音效果非常差，真的是外面一举一动都听得真真切切，加上酒店隔着马路，喇叭声什么的吵死了。
3.服务差，打电话需要多两个衣架，等了一个多小时，打了三个电话才送过来。楼下一楼有现磨咖啡，本来想试一下，结果运气不好没有咖啡豆了，问了前台服务员，就干脆不回答你。
周末住一晚260多，酒店性价比非常差，可能平时100多一晚值一些，毕竟酒店也算安全，离西湖景区步行半小时内可以到。

房间不大，但设施还算齐全，舒适度不错，晚上挺安静的～位置也还可以，离西湖不远公交两站路，离地铁站公交一站路，出门不远有公交站，交通还算便利～总体不错，会二次选择～
