我们是杭州人，初一一家入住杭州钱江新城万象城悦玺酒店公寓，服务人员小兰亲自来接，服务很周到，房间很大很漂亮，放下包包，立即坐电梯地下到BM层，进入豪华万象城，这里吃喝玩乐购一应俱全，我们一家在这里吃了晚餐，一层和顶层都有餐饮，我们一家点了碳烤生蚝、扇贝和羊肉串等吃到撑饱，回到酒店，卫生间热水很足，足够两个人洗的，又用这里的洗衣机把自己穿的内衣内裤都洗了，平时太忙了，过年来住这里看春晚重播，真是放松休息的好地方，从万象城悦玺酒店里面走出，客人出电梯走过通道，不要刷卡，门自动开门，卡在自己这里，悦玺门在很远距离就已经打开门了，迎接客人，非常先进的自动门，不用自己动手拉门。
