飞机晚点，深夜到达酒店。酒店很干净，环境不错，周围很安静，早餐也比较丰富，更重要的是小孩子还额外赠送了一张早餐券。

非常棒的一家酒店，地段很好，交通方便，出门就有公交车站，离景点也近，周围商铺林立。装修简约、清爽、温馨，让人感到身心放松。房间内打扫的也非常干净，前台服务热情周到，遇到了点麻烦，店长很热情的帮忙解决了，再次表示感谢。如果再来杭州，还会选择入住，也会推荐来杭州游玩的朋友入住的。

总结一下 在这个酒店前前后后住了不下一个月 前台服务员态度极其恶劣 一个个拽的跟什么一样 特别是那个郭文萱 谢谢你让我记住你的名字 卫生差 房间经常有虫 皮肤也会被咬到 早上会被装修的声音吵醒 我如此善良的人 在你们酒店住了那么久没给过一个差评 但是 我真心忍不了了 我干嘛花钱买罪受？不是说顾客就是上帝吗 我来住你们酒店 还要把你们服务员当爸爸 何必呢？各位消费者们 换酒店吧 别把自己气死
