总台的几位服务员非常热情而有礼貌，刚进入大堂就向我问好。房间设施很新，卫生干净，床垫非常舒服，美美地睡了一大觉。早餐不错，虽然品种不是很多，但是做得非常用心的。希尔顿欢朋是一个值得信赖的品牌，下次来杭州还会入住。
