酒店位置很好，离西湖景区和南宋御街都比较近。房间干净整洁、床品很舒服，设施也都很新。酒店工作人员都很热情，特别是楼下车库的大叔，本来想开车出去，大叔特意提醒杭州有限行管理建议我们乘公交或骑车去玩，还详细介绍了路线。非常好的一次入住体验，下次有机会再来！

这是赞成宾馆的国际店，在佑圣观路上。地理位置还可以，去火车站、西湖等地方不是很远。2016年装修的，设施比旧楼要新一点，但是味道多少还有一点，但入住还是较为舒服的。感觉住的还可以，一家人，也懒得搬，所以就多续住了几天。经常有会议人员入住，所以价格有高有低，个人入住来说，性价比不算太高。打理卫生的大叔、大姐人挺热心，挺好的，还问需要什么帮助，入住很舒心。前台小伙子办理入住、续住什么的还比较熟练，业务还是比较好的，服务也到位。打电话给艺龙客服很快地解决了问题，点个赞！艺龙还有优惠券，所以比较了几个预定平台，艺龙还是很好的，以后会多看看这里。
