隔音不好，房间电视开机声音太响，隔壁房间开机我都能听见，而且这个开机声音没办法控制；走道里推放的东西太多；大堂有位妇女应该是个托，这个酒店应该很清楚的

位置很好。离西湖非常近。只不过榻榻米房间没有对外的窗户，只有个靠过道的，隔音非常差，房间超小。没想到全季还有这种房间，之后定全季要仔细看下房间，不是所有房间都能接受的。

酒店位置优越，走路十分钟，银泰，家乐福，杭州解百，地铁1号线，西湖都可到达！前台服务也很热情，卫生情况也还满意，但房间，卫生间真的都是迷你型的，400的房费就胜在地段了，另外沿街晚上有点吵！
