第一次到杭州游玩，从人民广场地铁站过去，走路20分钟左右，地址还是很好找的，大厅明亮整洁。房间环境很温馨，装修风格为暖色调。有个转角沙发，茶几配有茶具，简约有质感。定的大床房，很舒服，被套、床单干净没污渍，是全季的品质！

环境很好，住了无数次，后来就在华住会订房了，更方便更实惠而且还提前预热卧室，真的很体贴很温暖，这应该就是宾至如归的感觉吧。一直很喜欢全季的味道，所以去哪里都住全季，淡淡的茶香，同等价位里全季很值得推荐，各方面都很优秀了。在外面住主要是卫生，值得信赖。

酒店很干净，前台服务员态度很好，还给我送了零食吃。全季酒店住了很多次，感觉都是熟悉的味道。希望每次去前台都能给小零食吃，哈哈哈。
